Eric Holland is the executive chef and owner of EVE Catering in South Tampa for over 15 years. His resume is exceptional and reflects over 30 years of hospitality and culinary experience. His style can be described as authentic Italian and French with a slight Southern influence and other parts of the world. Chef Holland received in 1983 an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Los Angeles Trade Technical College. He also attended Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, CA. Chef Holland is a 1996 graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts.

Chef Holland has gained experience in various facets of hospitality with expertise in banquet and fine dining atmosphere. He has worked in upscale restaurants and resorts as a Sous Chef and Executive Chef including the Marriott Marquis, Atlanta, GA, Palm Court, Los Angeles, CA, Best Western Resorts, Clearwater Beach, FL, Westin Hotel, Tampa, FL and the historic Don Vincente Hotel in Ybor City, Tampa, FL.

In addition to being an outstanding culinarian, Chef Holland is a certified educator, teaching culinary arts and nutrition. He has been a culinary arts instructor in the Hillsborough County Public Schools and the State of Florida Department of Corrections. Chef Holland has been recognized as an innovator and role model for the Tampa Bay community. He was featured on a television segment of Fox 13 News “What’s Right With Tampa Bay”. This segment showcased Chef Holland’s culinary arts training program for the City of Tampa Housing Authority which helps inner city, low-income residents with job training skills and education in the food service industry. He enjoys traveling and spending time with family. He is married to his lovely wife, Dr. Vandelon Holland for 20 years and they have one daughter, Erica.
